The Queen Victoria 'gothic'
United Kingdom florin obverse
features the crowned head
of young Victoria facing left,
hair plaited around her ear.
The legend has a gothic
type-face, and the date is in
roman numerals.
The reverses show four crowned shields in cruciform,
each with coats of arms representing UK union members:
(England, Scotland, Ireland).
The legend reads 'One florin' and 'one tenth of a pound'.
