shows four crowned shields in cruciform, each
with coats of arms representing UK union
members: (England, Scotland, Ireland).
Four sceptres are in the diagonals.
The legend reads 'BRITT: REG:' to the left,
date at the top, then 'FID: DEF:' to the right.
