1934-35: Melbourne Centenary
1951: 50 years of Federation
1954: Royal Visit

The 1927, 1951, and 1954 commemorative
coins were released in to general circulation,
with 2 million of each made, however there
were only 75 thousand of the 1934-35 florin,
which was not released as a circulating coin.
Instead it was primarily gifted to clients of
Foy & Gibson.
24 pennies = 2 shillings = 1 florin = 1/10 pound
